At Elise London, we offer the convenience of combining orders for multiple recipients based at the same address. During the checkout process, if you're placing separate orders for different recipients but they are all being sent to the same address, please reach out to our customer support team with the order numbers. Payment, Voucher, Discounts
You can pay for your order using a variety of payment methods! Your payment method is charged at the time the order is placed, including for those items that are shipping later and/or made-to-order. This will ensure that your order is placed in the queue to be fulfilled and shipped as soon as possible.
Please note that once the order has been placed, we are unable to change the method of payment and/or currency.

We currently accept the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, and American Express If you have a Elise London account, your default billing information will appear at checkout. Otherwise, you can manually enter the payment details at the time you place the order. Kindly note that depending on the restrictions on your card, the transaction may be declined by the bank.
Elise London reserves the right to detect and check the validity of the card used and may decline transactions depending on the result of these checks.
- Paypal
Simply click the PayPal option during checkout where you will be asked to log into your PayPal account. Once the order is completed, you will be redirected to the Elise London site.
- Shoppay
Buy now pay in installments using Shop Pay. Read their terms of service and privacy policy.
- Elise London Digital and Physical Cards
You can choose to pay for all or part of your online order with Elise London gift cards. For a Physical Gift Card, simply enter the code shown on the back of the card by clicking “Apply a gift card” during step 3 of checkout. For a Digital Gift Card, you can enter the code at checkout.
The value of your gift card will be automatically deducted from the order. Should a balance be owed, you can use a credit card or PayPal. Kindly note that you can only use (1) one gift card per transaction. Gift card is only redeemable in the currency it was issued in. Elise London cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen, or misused gift cards. Gift cards cannot be replaced or redeemed for cash (except as required by law), even if lost or stolen.

After logging in, click on the 'VIP.ME' button at the top of your screen. You'll then see a list of options. Select 'My Details', then navigate to 'Address Book'. Here, you can manage your primary address as well as any previously saved addresses. If needed, you can also choose to 'Add New Address'.
To manage your payment cards, please follow these steps: Start by clicking on ‘ME’ located in the top right-hand corner and log in using your email address. After logging in, click on the ‘VIP.ME’ button at the top of your screen. From there, select ‘Wallet’ from the list of options. Here, you’ll find a list of all the payment cards you’ve used previously. You can choose to delete any cards that you no longer need or add a new payment method if necessary.
Checking, Amending, Cancelling
Your order confirmation email may take up to 30 minutes to arrive. If you still haven’t received anything after 30 minutes, you can log in to your online account and head to the ‘Hello’ section. From here, you will see your ‘Order History’ and the current status of your order. Can’t see your order here? Once you've finished placing your order, your order number will appear on the screen. If you happen to miss it, don't worry! Your order confirmation email, typically sent within 30 minutes of placing your order, will also include your order number. Alternatively, you can log in to your online account and head to the 'Hello' section. There, you'll find your 'Order History' along with the current status of your order, including the order number.
Once your order is placed, our team promptly begins picking and packing it. Once this process is underway, changes to your order become difficult. However, if you urgently need to make a change, we'll do our utmost to assist you, though it may not always be feasible. Please reach out to us as soon as possible via Live Chat or whatsapp business. Kindly refrain from emailing us for order changes, as we may not receive your request in time.
To track your chocolate happiness, simply log in to your online account and visit the ‘Hello’ section. There, you'll find your ‘Order History’ along with the real-time status of your order. Once your order has been lovingly dispatched, we'll send you a despatch confirmation email. This email will include a tracking link, allowing you to follow your chocolate's journey every step of the way. Additionally, we'll keep you updated with regular delivery notifications.
Gifting
Absolutely! During the online checkout process, after entering the delivery details, you'll have the opportunity to include a complimentary gift message card with your order. To add that extra touch of elegance, you can also opt to purchase a gift bag or gift box, ensuring your gift arrives in style.
