What are the shipping fees and delivery times?
The shipping times listed below are estimates. They do not include order processing time, weekends, public holidays, customs procedures, or unexpected courier delays caused by weather conditions, high shipment volumes, or other circumstances.
All orders are shipped directly from our workshop in Istanbul, Türkiye.
Shipping fees are calculated based on the order subtotal after discounts and before taxes. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other local charges depending on the destination country. These charges are determined by the relevant local authorities and are the customer’s responsibility. Elise Memories has no control over these charges and cannot reimburse any duties or taxes paid upon delivery. Please contact your local customs office for further information.
INTERNATIONAL INSURED EXPRESS DELIVERY
Estimated delivery time: 1–4 business days
- Orders below $190 USD: $35 USD shipping
- Orders of $191 USD or more: FREE SHIPPING
For orders placed in another currency, the equivalent amount will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Orders are shipped using an insured express courier service. The courier may vary depending on the destination and service availability.
OPTIONAL THERMAL PROTECTION PACKAGE
Available for an additional $15 USD.
Recommended for deliveries to destinations experiencing warm weather. The thermal protection package provides additional protection during transit but does not guarantee temperature-controlled delivery.
