I didn't receive my packet of chocolates

I didn't receive my packet of chocolates, as customs called saying I had to pay nearly €80 to receive them, apparently they were coming from Turkey, when the website says London??? I ordered a free sample but also had to pay €17 for postage, so I general a complete disaster!
I've sent an email about refunding my money for the postage but over a week and still no reply
