Wedding Gift Order Stuck in Customs – €566 Lost

My purchase has been stuck in customs for almost 10 days. The reason is that the company, ELISE London, is not actually based in the UK but in Turkey. They failed to declare the correct weight and contents of the package, and as a result DHL refused to ship it.

Of course, the parcel never arrived in time for our wedding, leaving us without gifts for our guests. That’s €566.90 completely wasted! I absolutely do not recommend this company and deeply regret having trusted them in the first place.
